• You must be at least 18 years of age to use GuideMe.
• By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• If participating in The GuideMe Method™ on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

GuideMe provides The GuideMe Method™, a psychology-informed Identity & Psychological Transformation System designed to help individuals better understand themselves and create lasting behavioural change.

Our services may include:

• Comprehensive psychological assessments
• Personalised transformation roadmaps
• One-to-one coaching and guidance
• Educational resources and digital playbooks
• Workshops and group learning experiences
• Progress tracking and accountability tools
• Access to GuideMe Specialists where appropriate

GuideMe Specialists may include psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, clinical psychology doctors and other qualified professionals who provide additional one-to-one support where clinically or professionally appropriate.

GuideMe is an educational and personal development platform.

The GuideMe Method™ is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or emergency mental health services.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent medical assistance, you should immediately contact your GP, dial 999, attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department, or contact the appropriate emergency services in your country.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Engage respectfully with GuideMe staff, specialists and other members.
• Take responsibility for implementing recommendations and participating actively in your own development.
• Keep your account details secure and confidential.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Share copyrighted GuideMe materials without written permission.
• Misuse, copy or reproduce The GuideMe Method™ or its content.
• Harass, abuse or threaten GuideMe staff, specialists or other users.

Where appropriate, clients may be introduced to a GuideMe Specialist for additional support.

GuideMe Specialists are independent qualified professionals who maintain responsibility for their own professional practice, licensing, insurance and regulatory obligations.

GuideMe coordinates access to specialist support but is not responsible for independent clinical decisions made by individual practitioners.

Programme fees, payment schedules and any applicable instalment plans will be clearly communicated before enrolment.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. GuideMe does not store your payment card information.

Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to GuideMe services.

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined within your individual programme agreement.

Refund requests are considered in accordance with UK consumer legislation and any programme-specific agreement.

Where one-to-one sessions are included:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule appointments.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited.

The GuideMe Method™, GuideMe™, all programme materials, frameworks, assessments, resources, digital playbooks, videos and associated content are the intellectual property of GuideMe unless otherwise stated.

These materials are provided for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, teach or commercially exploit any GuideMe content without prior written permission.

GuideMe is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information shared during your participation will be handled confidentially unless:

• You provide consent for disclosure;
• Disclosure is required by law; or
• There is a safeguarding concern or serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

GuideMe is committed to providing evidence-informed tools, education and professional guidance.

However, personal transformation depends on many factors, including your engagement, consistency and application of the programme.

For this reason, GuideMe cannot guarantee specific personal, professional or psychological outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuideMe shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by participants based on programme content;
• Loss of income, business or opportunity;
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

Nothing within these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

GuideMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where a participant:

• Breaches these Terms;
• Engages in abusive, threatening or unlawful behaviour;
• Misuses GuideMe intellectual property;

Participants may discontinue their membership in accordance with their programme agreement.

GuideMe may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
